How to Use the Settings Page on Healing Sky
The Settings page is where you manage your personal information, payment methods, billing history, content permissions, and homepage customization.
If the dashboard is where you consume content, Settings is where you control your account.**
You can access Settings from the left-hand menu under Settings.
Settings Page Overview
Across the top of the page, you’ll see five tabs:
- Account Settings
- Payment/Wallet
- Transaction History
- Content Access
- Customize Homepage
Each tab controls a different part of your account experience.
1. Account Settings
This is where you manage your personal profile information.
My Profile Section
Here you can update:
- Profile photo (.png or .jpeg files allowed)
- Full name
- Phone number
- Date of birth
- Gender
Why This Matters
Keeping this information accurate ensures:
- Proper billing communication
- Account recovery access
- Correct age-based content filtering
- A complete and professional account profile
Edit Button
Click Edit to update your details.
Make sure you save changes after editing.
Deactivate Account
At the bottom, you’ll see Deactivate Account.
This allows you to disable your account if you no longer wish to use Healing Sky.
Use this carefully. Deactivation may impact:
- Active subscriptions
- Saved content
- Account history
2. Payment / Wallet
This tab controls your payment methods and billing communication.
Wallet Section
You can:
- Add a new card
- Store multiple payment methods
This makes subscribing to providers or purchasing content seamless.
Why This Is Helpful
- Faster checkout
- Easier subscription management
- Secure storage of payment methods
- Ability to update expired cards
If a subscription fails due to an expired card, this is where you fix it.
Payment Method – Contact Email
This section controls where invoices are sent.
You can choose:
- Send to your account email
- Send to an alternative email
Why This Matters
If you use a separate email for billing or bookkeeping, you can direct invoices there.
This is especially helpful if:
- You track expenses
- You use Healing Sky for professional development
- Someone else manages your billing
3. Transaction History
This tab shows a record of your subscription payments.
Transaction Table
You will see columns such as:
- Subscription
- Cost
- Subscription Duration
- Payment Method
There may also be a dropdown (e.g., Subscription Payments) to filter types of transactions.
Why This Is Important
This section allows you to:
- Track spending
- Confirm billing dates
- Review subscription durations
- Verify payment methods used
- Reference past purchases
If you ever question a charge, check here first.
If there are no transactions yet, it will display “No records found.”
4. Content Access
This tab controls age-based content permissions.
You can choose the highest age level your account can access:
- Teen (13–17)
- Adult (18+)
Teen Setting
Limits content to material marked as teen-appropriate.
Adult Setting
Grants access to all content, including videos and materials marked 18+.
Why This Matters
This is critical for:
- Parents managing teen accounts
- Age-appropriate viewing restrictions
- Content safety preferences
Your selection determines what content is visible throughout the platform.
If you are 18 or older and want full access, ensure Adult (18+) is selected.
5. Customize Homepage
This tab connects directly to your personalization settings.
Here you can:
- Select preferred categories
- Choose subcategories
- Refine interests
This controls how content is recommended to you.
Why This Is Powerful
Healing Sky uses your selections to:
- Personalize your home feed
- Improve content recommendations
- Show relevant providers
- Tailor event suggestions
If your homepage feels generic, this is where you fix it.
The more accurate your selections, the better your experience.
How the Tabs Work Together
Think of Settings as your control center:
- Account Settings = Who you are
- Payment/Wallet = How you pay
- Transaction History = What you’ve paid
- Content Access = What you’re allowed to see
- Customize Homepage = What you want to see

When You Should Visit Settings
You should go to Settings if you need to:
