How to View and Manage Your Subscription

The My Subscriptions page allows providers to manage active plans, monitor billing activity, review past transactions, and track cancellations. This section gives you full visibility into your recurring costs and subscription history in one centralized location.


Page Overview

You can access this page by navigating to:

My Account → My Subscriptions

This page is divided into four main sections:

  1. Active Subscriptions Overview
  2. My Subscriptions List
  3. Transaction History
  4. Unsubscriptions


Each section helps you monitor different aspects of your subscription activity.


1. Active Subscriptions Overview

At the top of the page, you’ll see three summary boxes:

Total Active Subscriptions

Displays the number of subscriptions currently active on your account.

Why this matters:

  • Quickly confirm whether you are enrolled in a paid plan
  • Ensure upgrades or add-ons have been applied correctly
  • Verify you do not have duplicate active subscriptions

Next Billing Date

Shows the upcoming charge date for your subscription.

Why this matters:

  • Helps you anticipate charges
  • Allows time to update payment methods if needed
  • Supports better financial planning

Total Monthly Cost

Displays the total recurring monthly amount you are currently paying across all active subscriptions.

Why this matters:

  • Gives you a snapshot of your monthly platform investment

  • Ensures pricing matches the plan you selected

2. My Subscriptions

This section lists your current subscription plans.

If you have active subscriptions, you’ll see details such as:

  • Subscription name
  • Plan cost
  • Duration
  • Payment method

Why this matters:

  • Confirms exactly which plan you are on
  • Tracks when your subscription began
  • Helps with billing reconciliation


If you do not see any records, it means there are no active subscriptions tied to your account.


3. Transaction History

This section tracks billing activity related specifically to subscriptions.

You can filter by date range using the calendar selector in the top right.

Columns include:

  • Subscription
  • Cost
  • Subscription Duration
  • Payment Method
  • Request Date


Why this matters:

  • Review past subscription charges

4. Unsubscriptions

The Unsubscriptions section displays plans that have been canceled.

Columns include:

  • Subscription
  • Start Date
  • End Date
  • Unsubscribed At

  • Confirms when billing officially ended
  • Prevents confusion about inactive services


If you canceled a plan but still see charges, this section helps verify the cancellation date.
