How to Create an Account (Client User or Provider)
Creating an account on Healing Sky only takes a few minutes. You will start on the Client User sign-up screen by default. If you are a provider, you can switch to the Provider sign-up link at the bottom of the page.
Step 1: Go to HealingSky.com
- Visit healingsky.com
- In the top right corner, click Create an Account
Step 2: Choose your account type
When the sign-up page loads, it will automatically show the Client User account form.
- If you are a Client User: stay on this screen and continue to Step 3
- If you are a Provider: scroll down below the Next button and click Switch to Provider
Tip: The Provider switch link is located under the main button so you do not accidentally pick the wrong account type.
Step 3: Fill out your information
Complete the form fields shown on the page:
- Full Name
- Phone
- Date of Birth
- Address Lookup
Step 4: Click “Next”
Once all fields are filled out, click Next to continue.
From there, you will follow the on-screen steps to finish setting up your account.
If you are a Provider
After clicking Switch to Provider, you will go through a step-by-step provider registration process. This includes setting up your provider profile so users can find you on the platform.
Common Issues
I don’t see the Provider option
Scroll to the very bottom of the form. The link Switch to Provider is directly under the Next button.
I already have an account
Click Log in at the top of the page instead of creating a new account.
