How to Manage Your Provider Account
The My Account page is your central control panel for managing your public profile, subscription plan, wallet balance, and account preferences on Healing Sky. This is where you control how you appear to others, how you get paid, and how your account operates.

Under My Account, you’ll see several tabs:

My Subscriptions
Each tab serves a specific purpose related to your billing, personal settings, or subscriber management. The Upgrade Plan button routes directly to the Subscription Plan page.
Share Profile Section
This section allows you to promote and distribute your provider profile.
Profile Summary Card
Displays:
- Profile image
- Name and verification badge (if applicable)
- Star rating and review count
- Followers
- Subscribers
- Videos

Why this matters:
This is a quick snapshot of your professional presence. It shows how established and active you are on the platform.
Copy Profile Link
Copies your public profile URL.
Use this for:
- Adding to email signatures
- Texting to clients

Share Profile Button
Opens your device’s native share options (AirDrop, Mail, Messages, etc.).
Use this for:
- Quickly sharing your profile from mobile
- Sending directly via messaging apps
- Easy promotion during networking
QR Code
A scannable code that links directly to your profile.
Use this for:
- Conferences
- Printed materials
- Business cards
- Office signage

Account & Subscription
This panel shows:
- Current plan (Free, Monthly, etc.)
- Member since date
- Upcoming billing date

Wallet
Displays:
- Current balance

Add Money button
Your wallet is used to:
- Fund platform features

Selecting Add Money allows you to securely add a payment method.
Add Card Modal (When You Click Add Money)
You will be prompted to enter:
- Card number
- Name on card
- Expiration date
- CVV

Preferences
Accepting Subscribers Toggle
Allows you to turn subscriber access on or off.
When turned on:
Clients can subscribe to your content if your plan supports it.
When turned off:
New subscriptions are paused.
This gives you full control over whether you are actively accepting paid subscribers.
My Subscribers
Displays:
- Subscription type
- Date subscribed
- Subscription duration

Blocked Users
Displays a list of users you have blocked.
