How to Use the Wallet in the Provider Dashboard

The Wallet section allows providers to securely manage billing information, fund their account, and pay for platform services such as subscriptions, promotions, and future add-ons.

This is where you control how payments are made on Healing Sky.

Where to Find It

Go to:

Provider Dashboard → Wallet

Wallet Overview

At the top of the page, you’ll see a brief description explaining that the Wallet allows you to:

Add billing information
Securely manage payments
Access premium platform features
Cover services such as promotions, subscriptions, and add-ons

All billing details are encrypted and can be updated at any time.

This section is important because it ensures uninterrupted access to paid features and premium visibility tools.

Add a Card to Start Payments

If no card is on file, you’ll see:

“Add a card to start with payments”

Why This Is Important

Adding a card allows you to:

Subscribe to paid plans
Upgrade your provider tier
Pay for sponsored content
Run promotions
Cover any future add-ons

Without a saved payment method, you will not be able to activate premium features.

Add Card Button

Click Add Card to open the secure payment form.

This opens a modal where you enter your card details.

When you click Add Card, you’ll see the following fields:

Card Number

Enter your credit or debit card number.

Name on Card

Enter the full name exactly as it appears on the card.

Expiration Date

Enter the card’s expiration date in MM/YY format.

CVV

Enter the 3-digit or 4-digit security code on your card.

Securely Save This Card for Later Purchase

Checking this option securely stores your card for future payments, making checkout faster and easier.

This is helpful if you plan to:

Run recurring promotions
Upgrade plans
Purchase additional features
Subscribe to add-ons

Close

Closes the payment window without saving changes.

Add Card

Saves your card securely to your Wallet and enables platform payments.

If your card expires or fails, certain paid services may pause until updated. Keeping this section current protects your visibility and monetization efforts.
