How to Manage Provider Notifications

The Notifications page keeps you informed about important activity related to your account, content, performance, and system updates. This is your central hub for tracking platform communications so you never miss critical updates.

You can access Notifications from the left sidebar under My Network.

Page Overview

Notification List

Each notification includes:

  • Sender (for example, Admin Users)
  • Message summary
  • Timestamp (such as “1 day ago”)
  • Selection checkbox
  • Delete icon

This layout allows you to quickly scan what requires attention.

Elements on the Page

1. Sender Name

Example: ADMIN Users

This identifies who generated the notification.

Common senders may include:

  • Admin Users
  • System Alerts
  • Platform Activity
  • Engagement notifications from users

This helps you understand whether the message is administrative, system-generated, or engagement-based.

2. Notification Message

The message explains what occurred.

Examples shown:

  • “Your account has been activated”
  • “Your account has been deactivated”

Messages are short summaries so you can quickly determine urgency.

3. Timestamp

Each notification displays how long ago it was triggered.

This helps you:

  • Prioritize recent activity
  • Track when actions occurred
  • Confirm timing for account changes or approvals

4. Checkbox Selection

Each notification includes a checkbox.

You can:

  • Select one or multiple notifications
  • Perform bulk actions such as deletion

This is helpful when cleaning up older notifications.

5. Delete Icon

The trash icon on the right allows you to remove a notification.

Use this to:

  • Clear outdated messages
  • Keep your dashboard organized
  • Reduce clutter

Deleting a notification does not undo the action that triggered it. It simply removes the alert from your view.

6. Notification Counter in Sidebar

You may notice a red badge number next to Notifications in the sidebar.

This indicates:

  • The number of unread notifications
  • Pending items that require attention

This visual cue ensures you do not overlook important updates.
