How to Track Written Content Performance

How to Track Article Views, Engagement, and Growth in the Provider Dashboard

The Written Content Performance page allows providers to measure how their articles and blog posts are performing on Healing Sky. This section helps you understand visibility, reader engagement, and how your written content contributes to your overall presence on the platform.

This page is located under Account Performance → Written Content Performance.

Overview Section

At the top of the page, you will see a summary panel that gives you a quick snapshot of your written content analytics for a selected time period.

Date Filter (Top Right Dropdown)

This dropdown allows you to select a specific month or reporting period.

Use this to:

  • Compare performance month over month
  • Identify growth trends
  • Measure the impact of newly published content

Total Views on Written Content

This metric shows the total number of times your articles or blog posts have been viewed.

Why this matters:

  • Helps you measure visibility
  • Indicates how discoverable your content is
  • Reflects how well your keywords and categories are performing

If views are low, you may want to:

  • Add more targeted keywords
  • Share your article through announcements
  • Promote the content externally

Average Time on Page

This shows how long readers are spending on your written content.

Why this matters:

  • Indicates engagement quality
  • Shows whether readers are actually consuming your content
  • Helps determine if your content is too short, too long, or highly engaging

Longer time on page generally suggests:

  • Valuable content
  • Strong readability
  • Relevant topic selection

Social Shares

This tracks how many times your written content has been shared.

Why this matters:

  • Reflects audience interest
  • Expands your reach organically
  • Signals credibility and relevance

If shares increase, it often means:

  • Your topic resonates
  • Your messaging is clear
  • Your content is easy to distribute

Traffic Sources Section

This section helps you understand how users are finding your written content.

Profile View Graph

This visual graph shows traffic trends over time. It typically distinguishes between:

  • Referring Websites
  • Direct Traffic

Why this matters:

  • Referring websites show external traffic coming from other platforms
  • Direct traffic often indicates users intentionally searching for you or your content

You can use this to:

  • Evaluate marketing efforts
  • Measure referral partnerships
  • Identify whether your visibility is growing outside Healing Sky

The time filter on the graph allows you to toggle between reporting ranges such as This Year.

Written Content Engagement Metrics

This section focuses on how users are interacting with your written content.

Engagement Metrics Graph

This chart tracks:

  • Likes
  • Shares

Why this matters:

  • Helps you understand what topics generate interaction
  • Identifies which content types perform best
  • Shows audience behavior trends over time

If engagement is low but views are high, your content may need:

  • Stronger calls to action
  • More practical takeaways
  • Better formatting for readability

Subscribers vs Non-Subscribers Chart

This visual breakdown shows how many viewers are subscribers versus non-subscribers.

Why this matters:

  • Helps you evaluate content monetization potential
  • Identifies how much of your audience is part of your subscriber base
  • Shows whether your content is attracting new potential subscribers

If non-subscriber engagement is high, your content may be acting as a discovery tool.

Top 10 Articles/Blogs Performer

This section lists your highest-performing written pieces.

Why this matters:

  • Helps identify your most impactful topics
  • Shows which content resonates with your audience
  • Guides future content strategy

You can use this to:

  • Create follow-up articles
  • Repurpose high-performing topics into videos
  • Expand on popular themes

If no records appear, it means there has not yet been measurable engagement or sufficient data collected.
