How to Use the “My Reviews” Page

Overview

The My Reviews page is your central hub for requesting, tracking, and analyzing client feedback on Healing Sky.

This page helps you:

  • Request reviews via email
  • Track sent requests
  • Monitor response status
  • Analyze your lifetime ratings
  • Strengthen your professional credibility


Reviews are social proof. This page is how you actively build and manage that proof.


Page Navigation Tabs

At the top of the page, you’ll see three options:

  • Request a Review
  • Request Log
  • Read Reviews


These are anchor tabs. When clicked, they scroll you directly to the corresponding section of the page.

This keeps everything in one place while making it easy to jump between sections quickly.


Section 1: Request Reviews Via Email

This is where you actively ask clients for feedback.

If you want more reviews, this is where you start.


Sender Email

Displays the email address the review request will be sent from.

Why it matters:

  • Keeps communication professional
  • Ensures recipients recognize your name
  • Builds trust and legitimacy

Upload CSV

Allows you to upload a CSV file containing multiple email addresses.

Use this when:

  • You want to send review requests in bulk
  • You’re following up with past clients
  • You’re running a structured reputation campaign


This is efficient and saves time.


Recipient Email Field

You can manually enter individual email addresses.

Instructions indicate:

Press enter after typing each email to add it.

Use this when:

  • Sending one-off requests
  • Asking a recent client for feedback
  • Personalizing outreach

Email Subject

Default example: “We Value Your Feedback!”

This is customizable.

Why this matters:

  • Subject lines impact open rates
  • A clear, appreciative tone increases response likelihood


Keep it warm, direct, and simple.


Frequency Dropdown

Select how often reminders should be sent.

This allows you to:

  • Send a single request
  • Schedule follow-ups

Message Field

This is the body of your review request email.

You can customize the message.

QR Code Button

Generates a QR code linked to your review page.

Use this for:

  • Printed materials
  • Events
  • In-person sessions


Clients can scan and leave a review instantly.


Generates a direct link to your review page.

Use this in:

  • Text messages
  • Email follow-ups
  • Social media
  • Website links


This gives you flexibility beyond email requests.


Send Email Button

Once everything is set, this sends your review request.

Use this consistently after positive client interactions.

Don’t wait months. Timing matters.


Section 2: Email Log

This tracks all review requests sent.

This section includes:

  • Recipient Email
  • Reminder Status
  • Date Sent
  • Request Status


Why this matters:

  • Prevents duplicate requests
  • Shows who has responded
  • Helps track follow-ups
  • Keeps your outreach organized


You also have:

Date Range Filter

Lets you review requests within a specific time frame.

Sort Order Dropdown

(Default: Descending)

Allows you to reorder entries by date.

If you’re actively managing reviews, this log keeps you disciplined and organized.


Section 3: Lifetime Review Breakdown

This is your performance dashboard.

It includes:

Average Patient Rating

Your overall star rating.

This is one of the most important trust indicators on your profile.


Total Reviews

Total number of reviews received.

Volume matters.

A strong rating with only 2 reviews is less powerful than a strong rating with 40.


From Verified Clients

Shows how many reviews are confirmed from verified users.

Verification increases credibility.


Positive Reviews

Total favorable reviews.


Negative Reviews

Total critical reviews.

This breakdown helps you:
