How to Use the “View Announcements” Page

Location: Dashboard → Announcements → View Announcements

Overview

The View Announcements page allows you to see, manage, and monitor all announcements you’ve posted to your audience.

This is your announcement control center.

If “Add Announcements” is where you create them, this is where you manage them.

Why This Page Matters

Announcements are public-facing updates. Once they’re live, you need a place to:

  • Review what you’ve posted
  • Track performance (views)
  • Keep messaging consistent
  • Stay organized
  • Decide what to update or replace

Professional communication requires visibility and oversight. This page gives you that.

Page Elements & What They Do

1. Page Header

Title: View Announcements

Description: View and manage all the announcements you’ve shared with your clients and followers.

This confirms that this page contains all announcements you’ve created.

Use this page to audit your messaging.

2. + Add Announcements Button

Located in the top right.

This is a shortcut to create a new announcement.

Use this when:

  • You need to post something quickly
  • You’re reviewing old announcements and want to replace them
  • You realize something is outdated

This makes it easy to move from review to action.

3. Total Announcements Counter

Displays:

Total Announcements: [#]

This gives you a quick snapshot of how active you’ve been.

Why this matters:

  • Active providers stay visible
  • Regular communication builds trust
  • A low number may signal underutilization

Consistency builds authority.

4. Announcement Table

This section displays all announcements in a structured format.

Columns Include:

  • Announcements – The title or summary of your announcement
  • Date Posted – When it went live
  • Views – How many people have seen it

This layout allows you to quickly evaluate:

  • Recency
  • Engagement
  • Content frequency

5. Sort By (Dropdown)

Default: Sort by Date Created

This allows you to reorder announcements.

Common uses:

  • View newest first
  • Review older posts
  • Evaluate announcement history

If you’re trying to audit performance, sorting helps you quickly identify trends.

6. Filter Button

Use this to narrow results.

Helpful when:

  • You have many announcements
  • You’re reviewing a specific time period
  • You want to analyze activity in a date range

This becomes more valuable as your content volume increases.

7. Views Column (Performance Insight)

This is important.

The Views column shows how many people have seen each announcement.

Use this data to:

  • Identify high-performing announcements
  • See what topics generate interest
  • Refine messaging
  • Improve headlines

If one announcement has significantly higher views, study it.

What was the topic? Timing? Headline?

That’s how you improve engagement.

8. Empty State Message

If no announcements exist, you’ll see:

“You haven’t posted any announcements yet.”

This is simply a prompt to start using the feature.

If you see this and you’re actively building your presence, that’s a signal:

You’re leaving visibility on the table.

Strategic Use for Providers

High-performing providers use this page to:

  • Maintain consistent communication
  • Remove outdated announcements
  • Track engagement trends
  • Promote new offerings
  • Rotate promotions seasonally
