Page Elements & How to Use Them

1. Revisions Requested Header

At the top, you’ll see a description explaining that this section displays articles or blogs returned for edits before approval.

This confirms the content listed here is not rejected; it simply requires modification.

2. Date Range Filter

Located at the top right (example shown:

15 February 2026 – 21 February 2026)

What it does:

Allows you to filter revision requests by a specific time frame.

Why this is helpful:

If you submit content regularly, this makes it easier to:

  • Find recently returned pieces
  • Track revision turnaround time
  • Review older submissions

3. Filter Button

The Filter option allows you to refine results by available criteria such as:

  • Status
  • Date written
  • Subject

This keeps your revision workflow organized.

4. Revisions Table Columns

The main section includes the following columns:

Image

Displays the associated thumbnail or article image.

This helps you visually identify the piece quickly.

Subject

Shows the title of the article or blog post that needs edits.

This confirms:

  • Which version requires revision
  • Which topic is being addressed

Date Written

Indicates when the content was created or submitted.

Helpful for:

  • Tracking how long content has been in review
  • Prioritizing older submissions first

Status

The status will indicate something such as:

  • Revisions Requested
  • Awaiting Resubmission

This lets you clearly see which content requires action.

What It Means When You See "No Submissions Found"

If no content appears here, it means:

  • You currently have no content requiring revisions
  • All submitted content is either pending review or approved

This is a good sign.

What To Do When Content Appears Here

If you see a submission listed:

  1. Open the original article in My Written Content
  2. Review feedback provided by the Healing Sky team
  3. Make the requested changes
  4. Resubmit for approval

Address revisions promptly to avoid publishing delays.

Common Reasons Revisions Are Requested

Revisions are typically requested for:

  • Incorrect category selection
  • Missing or unclear intended audience
  • Formatting issues
  • Content that needs clarification
  • Incomplete information
  • Guideline compliance adjustments

This process protects both your professional reputation and the platform’s quality

How This Fits Into Your Content Workflow

Your written content lifecycle should look like this:

  1. Draft → Submit Content
  2. Track → Submission Requests
  3. If returned → Revisions Requested
  4. Update → Resubmit
  5. Approved → Published

The Revisions Requested page is your correction checkpoint.

Best Practices to Avoid Revisions

To reduce revision requests:

  • Choose the correct category and sub-category
  • Select the correct intended audience (Client Users, Providers, or General Public)
  • Proofread for clarity and grammar
  • Use proper formatting in the content editor
  • Ensure your topic aligns with platform guidelines

Strong, well-structured submissions typically move through review faster.
