Managing Your Video Library

Video Content → Manage Videos

The Manage Videos page allows you to organize, structure, and control all of your uploaded videos in one place.

This is your internal media dashboard. It helps you:

  • Organize content into groups
  • Reorder your video layout
  • Control how your content appears publicly
  • Manage your content library over time
  • Build a structured learning experience

Page Overview

Total Video Count

Located at the top of the page.

Example:

Total Video: 0 Video

This shows how many videos are currently in your library.

Why This Matters

  • Quickly see how active your library is
  • Track growth over time
  • Ensure uploads are publishing correctly

Sort By: Date Created

This dropdown allows you to sort your videos.

Common sorting uses:

  • Newest first (default)
  • Oldest first
  • Custom order (if applicable)

Why This Matters

Sorting helps you:

  • Review recent uploads
  • Audit older content
  • Adjust content strategy

+ Add A New Row

This button allows you to create a content group/section inside your video library.

Think of rows like content categories or shelves.

What Is a Row (Group)?

A row is a content section that organizes videos under a heading.

Examples of Row Names:

  • “Anxiety Support Series”
  • “Trauma Education”
  • “Weekly Wellness Talks”
  • “Guided Meditations”
  • “Beginner Fitness Sessions”
  • “Parenting Support Workshops”

Instead of showing a random list of videos, rows create structure.

This improves:

  • User navigation
  • Professional presentation
  • Course-style learning flow
  • Authority positioning

Creating a New Row

When you click + Add A New Row, a pop-up appears:

Create New Row / Group

Field:

Enter Group/Row Name

  • This is the heading that will appear above the videos in that section.

Examples:

  • “Stress Management”
  • “Addiction Recovery Education”
  • “Live Q&A Replays”
  • “Advanced Techniques”

Then click:

  • Create Row
  • Or Close

If you click Close, it will not save.

Why Rows Are Important

Without rows:

  • Videos appear as a simple feed

With rows:

  • You create a structured library
  • You look more professional
  • Clients can navigate by topic
  • You can build course-style sequences

Rows turn scattered content into curated expertise.

When No Videos Are Present

You may see:

“You haven’t added any videos yet.”

This simply means:

  • You have not uploaded content yet
  • Or your videos have not published

To begin:

Go to Video Content → Add Video

Strategic Use of Manage Videos

Use this page to:

1. Build Content Series

Group related videos together.

Example:

  • Part 1: Understanding Anxiety
  • Part 2: Tools to Manage Anxiety
  • Part 3: When to Seek Help

Put them in one row called “Anxiety Education Series.

2. Separate Free vs Paid Content

You can create rows like:

  • Free Resources
  • Subscriber-Only Videos

This improves monetization clarity.

3. Organize by Topic

Rows by specialty:

  • Trauma
  • Couples Therapy
  • ADHD
  • Depression
  • Mindfulness
  • Hormone Health

4. Repurpose Live Streams

Create a row:

“Live Session Replays”

5. Control Your Brand Narrative

The order of rows tells a story about what you specialize in.

Put your strongest authority content at the top.

Best Practices

  • Keep row titles clear and specific
  • Avoid vague headings like “Videos”
  • Use structured learning progression when possible
  • Group by topic, not randomness
  • Don’t create too many rows — keep it organized

What This Page Is Not

This page does NOT:

  • Upload new videos
  • Edit video descriptions
  • Change pricing

    Those actions happen in:

  • Add Video
  • Individual video edit pages

This page is for organizing your library.

Manage Videos is your content control center.

If you want to look like a professional with a structured knowledge library — not just someone posting random clips — this page is where that happens.
