  • Calls
  • Emails

This tracks engagement tied directly to your profile.

Why This Matters

These metrics show:

  • How many people are viewing you
  • How many are attempting to contact you
  • Whether your profile converts

If views are high but calls/emails are low:

You likely need stronger messaging or clearer pricing.

Center Section (Currently Blank / Location-Based)

You mentioned it says you need to turn your location on.

That’s correct.

This middle section is typically used for:

  • Location-based provider discovery
  • Local activity updates
  • Nearby events
  • Regional networking suggestions

When location services are enabled, this area may populate with:

  • Nearby providers
  • Local trending content
  • Regional events
  • Suggested networking connections

If location is off, the feed cannot populate geographically relevant content.

Should You Turn Location On?

If you:

  • Offer in-person services
  • Want local referrals
  • Want to network with nearby providers
  • Want visibility in regional searches

Then yes — enabling location improves discovery.

If you are virtual-only, it’s optional but still helpful for broader networking.

Right Sidebar: Networking & Discovery

Network with New Providers

This section suggests providers you may want to follow.

If it says “No Providers Found,” it may mean:

  • You have strict filters applied
  • Location is off
  • Your network is still small

Networking increases visibility.

When you follow other providers:

  • You appear in their network
  • You increase exposure
  • You strengthen referral potential

Displays trending content categories.

Use this for:

  • Content inspiration
  • Topic research
  • Identifying what’s gaining traction

Smart providers create content aligned with trending topics.

Upcoming Events

Shows scheduled events across the platform.

Use this to:

  • Discover collaboration opportunities
  • Join community sessions
  • Stay active within the ecosystem

Active providers grow faster.
