Understanding Your “View Profile” Page
Your View Profile page shows exactly how your public provider profile appears to clients on Healing Sky.
To access it:
- Go to Dashboard

Click View Profile
or
- Click your name/profile image in the top right
This page is your public-facing professional profile.
Profile Header Section
Profile Photo
This is your main visual identifier.
Why it matters:
- First impression
- Builds familiarity and trust
- Increases follow and engagement rates
If no photo is uploaded, a default placeholder appears.
Name & Credentials
Displays:
- Your full name
- Professional designation (e.g., RYT, MD, LCSW, etc.)
- Verification badge (if applicable)

Star Rating & Reviews
Shows:
- Average rating
- Total number of reviews
Why this is important:

If you have no reviews yet, it will display “0 Reviews.”
Featured Badge
If your profile is part of a featured placement plan, this badge appears.
Purpose:

Contact Snapshot
